2017-2018 ESU #3 Perkins Consortium Email: Inventory Labels - Each year consortium members receive this email notifying them of the guidelines for tagging inventory purchased with Perkins funds. The email followed by a letter with a set of labels enclosed for tagging inventory items purchased with Perkins funds.

2018-2019 #1_Start Here: Professional Development and Inventory Spending Plan Forms

  • The "#1_Start Here" document includes information and instructions for successfully creating and submitting your district's suggested spending plan for professional development and suggested spending plan for inventory. The suggested expenditures provided by member districts must adhere to the goals and expectations of the grant. All suggestions are shared with and approved by the consortium. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) 2018-2019

The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is sent to superintendents of eligible districts. This communication typically occurs in July. Superintendents are asked to sign, date, and return the MOU to ESU #3 Business Services indicating a desire to join the ESU #3 Perkins Consortium.
